The Event Center at 208 is a rentable space located in the heart of Gulfport.

Are you looking for a meeting space or a place to celebrate a birthday party, family reunion, or another fun gathering? Do you teach a class or host a gathering of any kind? Our space is the perfect fit.

Our inside space is 1,652 square feet, providing lots of space for large and small group gatherings.

Our outdoor space is made up of a wide-open yard and a relaxing porch space. The porch space is 1,239 square feet and comes with tables and seating.

Rental Prices


Sunday through Saturday | 9:00am - 9:00pm
$65.00 per hour for the room, back porch and yard

$100 per hour to include kitchen with the rental

$100 Non-refundable cleaning fee is due at the time of booking.

This also serves as a deposit to hold the date for your event. Tables and Chairs are included in rental price.

We do have linen tablecloths and chair covers available to rent.
