He’s With You in Every Step

This week has been a challenging walk facing our disappointments with the Holy Spirit. You may have even pulled back this week and said to the Lord, I just can’t go there. Remember Monday we talked about having the tiny mustard seed of faith and how it can move mountains? These disappointments in life are like mountains that stand between you and all of what heaven has in store for you on earth.

Facing disappointment, discouragement and hopeless situations are not done alone. He is with you and pours out His grace to not only face it but overcome it. “My grace is always more than enough for you, and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

This is a process. It is not all done in a day. It is accomplished by daily turning your heart to Jesus and saying. My heart is yours. My life is yours. This gives Him permission to heal and restore every area of your heart. It causes you to begin to have His perspective, to think like Christ. Your faith on the other side will move mountains, not just for you but those around you.

As you walk with Him daily remember the words of Yahweh to you. “Even if the mountains were to crumble and the hills disappear, my heart of steadfast, faithful love will never leave you, and my covenant of peace with you will never be shaken,” says Yahweh, whose love and compassion will never give up on you.” Isaiah 54:10
